Daily parking fee is high; lowering it to $5 would be great. The bed is too small for 2 people; king size bed would be better for a good night sleep. Most hotels have King size now.
Bathroom floor was dirty and no blow dryer
No ice machines at all, and the freezer ice maker was not turned on when I checked in so there was no ice. Once turned on, it never did produce any ice for the four days I stayed there. I Had to go to a convenience store and buy ice.

The price for the room was great

The room has a pull out couch bed. Except it was already pulled out when we got there with a regular mattress on top so we couldn't fold it up unless we removed the heavy mattress and had to leave it out in the living room the whole time.
