- I loved the esthetic of this hotel! The vintage feel is so fun and perfect for a trip to Disney. Also, the front desk clerks were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. The property was well-lit and felt safe.
- Friendliness of staff, nice clean rooms, great location to Disneyland. Food places were close by.
- I should have know low cost equals low quality . There is nothing nice to say, they kept my cash deposit for 2 or my 3 rooms for 1 hand towel and a tiny spot on the sheet that was already there when we checked in
Cons -
- 1. The baseboards need a wipe down. 2. The bathroom fan desperately needed a clean. Most of the bathroom was spotless but the fan was disgusting. 3. Needs a towel rack/hanger for the hand towel 4. Floorboards need re-sticking. Tripping hazard.
- I?ve read reviews about stain towels and stuff, but you could tell they were washed. They smelled of bleach, but the towels were a little grimy looking, but they were just not white white but still clean
- First off the rooms smelled horrible, towels and bedding was poor quality with many stains, which was blamed on me upon check out. I was singled out (having rented 3 rooms) when waiting to check out , 2 other travelers checked out no questions, not me
