- Conveniently located from the airport
- The hotel's location was particularly appealing, situated directly across from the baggage claim area in Heathrow's Terminal 2.
- Very quiet, even on New Year?s Eve we went to bed early and never heard anything. Nice, solid construction with wood and tile. Comfortable beds.

- I was unable to identify the appropriate plugs to charge my phone, and I believe this was due to user error. Additionally, I was assigned a handicap room, which made using the shower quite challenging.
