- This hotel had the best coffee I had in three weeks in the UK; I loved the "Grab and Go" breakfast available starting at 3:00 a.m.!
- Great breakfast, easy check in helpful staff very quiet hotel
- It was clean, child friendly and convenient for the airport. The food was basic but fine and suitable for the children.
Cons -
- Location - there was no indication that this hotel ("express") is different from the Holiday Inn closer to part of the airport. We walked to the wrong hotel, and then had to Uber to the correct one. Please share this ahead of time.
- location, no shuttle so ended up spending $40 on taxis, no AC in room but there was a portable fan and the window opened slightly it would have been nice if there were outlets by the bed instead of across the room
