This hotel is dirty, dilapidated, and overall unwelcoming. From the front desk woman with a terrible attitude to the fact that no one in my party wanted to sit on the couch because it was so gross looking.

The hotel itself could use a remodel but the beds were comfy, hot water was good, TV's worked, and the location was awesome. The staff was very friendly especially the lady that checked us in.

Location and breakfast. We even saw a bear while staying there. The river was so peaceful and beautiful. Restaurant right across the street had really good BBQ and pizza.

The rooms need work. The bathroom shower had a poor fix up job and looked to have mold. We found hair in our ?freshly made? beds from someone else. There was dust build up in all corners. The chair provided in room had a huge stain of something unknown.

This hotel is dirty, dilapidated, and overall unwelcoming. From the front desk woman with a terrible attitude to the fact that no one in my party wanted to sit on the couch because it was so gross looking.

The hotel itself could use a remodel but the beds were comfy, hot water was good, TV's worked, and the location was awesome. The staff was very friendly especially the lady that checked us in.

This is the saddest stay I have ever had in Pigeon Forge. The room didn?t have air, the pool closes at 10, the breakfast is cereal and bagels(policed by the rude staff) I witnessed a guy trying to get oatmeal at 8:35am and refused.
