This hotel has non-smoking rooms with a private hot tub, an outdoor pool and a fitness center. It provides dry cleaning and guest laundry facilities. Dollywood is 2.3 miles away. SpringHill Suites offers air-conditioned rooms with comfortable bedding including feather pillows. In-room amenities include cable TV and a plug-in panel. Each room has a large work space with good lighting, electrical outlets and a tea/coffee maker. There is a microwave in each guest room. Using the vending machines, guests have access to snacks and cold drinks throughout the day. Complimentary coffee and local newspapers are provided in the lobby. SpringHill Suites Pigeon Forge is less than 2 miles from Comedy Barn Theater. Gatlinburg is a 10 minute drive away.

- This is the saddest stay I have ever had in Pigeon Forge. The room didn?t have air, the pool closes at 10, the breakfast is cereal and bagels(policed by the rude staff) I witnessed a guy trying to get oatmeal at 8:35am and refused.
- Friendly staff and great rooms
- Very clean. Staff very friendly
Cons -
- The front desk staff was rude and slammed things around when I asked for a duplicate card at midnight (no one waiting) and was even asked by her to leave for awhile at midnight with my child and come back to get just an additional key to the room.
- Only complaint - elevator were a mess
- Beds were to high
