The first room they gave had a FILTHY bedspread, it was gross. The second room they gave us smelled of urine and the third room smelled musty. The pool had so much chlorine it was thick and the floors were wet in the entire place, smelling like wet dog.

Randomly chose this hotel due to weather and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Room was clean and spacious, large bathroom, microwave and fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast in the morning was a huge plus.

Deferred maintenance is everywhere! Won't be staying in Elkhart anymore, this area is simply, every hotel (under $---/nt) has been the same disappointment. Surrounding areas have much better quality hotels in this price range.
