Pros +
- Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location off the freeway and with access to gas and restaurants.
- Trash service
- The whole package! The rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice decor made it quite welcoming. Also breakfast was better than I expected. Overall pleasant experience and will definitely come back again.
Cons -
- The bathroom sink was plugged and didn't drain. Otherwise, a very nice, clean room. The pool and exercise room were not available...under remodeling or painting.
- Horrible customer service
- Deferred maintenance is everywhere! Won't be staying in Elkhart anymore, this area is simply, every hotel (under $---/nt) has been the same disappointment. Surrounding areas have much better quality hotels in this price range.
