Checking in and out was a breeze. The Staff were very friendly as well. My room was clean, and had everything I need during my stay. My favorite thing may be the location, not too far to walk Downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from heavy traffic.
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the noise level. Being so close to traffic it's a given. But the rooms have little to no sound isolation.
