- The employees and the pool for grandkids
- The staff was incredibly nice. Even got me a birthday card. The pool was awesome. When I go back I will not stay in any other hotel
- Location close to the GSMNP. Slept with sliding glass door open to enjoy the running water outside.

- The TV didn't work, the shower head was broken and there was mold in the shower. Otherwise all good.
