Pros +
- The creek behind the hotel was really enjoyable. The balconies overlook the creek, but do expect to also see some houses. The Baht right next door was excellent Thai food.
- The view and sound of the water from the balcony.

Cons -
- The room was not what I would consider clean. Baseboards black from old mop stains, floor black in places, nightstand had crusty white stuff on it, I tried to clean it but it was caked on. The ceiling had stains and bathroom tub also not very clean.
- The ?Queen? beds were actually full beds, the balcony door was left unlocked and is accessible from the street on the side of the building, there were outlets without covers on them, the tv remote had sticky residue all over it, & the sheets were stained
