Located 5 minutes' walk from the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg, this hotel is 1 mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Features include a grab-and-go breakfast and an outdoor pool. A fitness center is located on site and laundry facilities are available. The Gatlinburg Convention Center is a 15 minutes' walk from Crossroads Inn & Suites. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood Amusement Park are just 15 minutes from the hotel by car. Please note that the elevator will be unavailable from 25-12-2023 to 31-03-2024. Cons -
- I didn't like the fact that they advertised discounts but the front desk didn't know anything about that. There was a loud party going on in one of the rooms at 3:30 am. It would be nice if they had some kind of quiet hours after midnight.
- Pool was closed
- Stayed multiple times for AAU tournaments. Never had an issue.
