Located right outside Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this hotel is located in Gatlinburg and features a multi-level indoor pool and a full-service convention center. - Room and pool
- It?s on the red line trolly route. It?s easy to catch the trolley and head into town. It?s short drive to the Smoky mountains entrance. We loved that. The kids loved the pool!
- The super friendly staff who always went above and beyond our expectations. Excellent guest services.
Cons -

- It?s a little out dated. At night there was a lot of wind, and there was a loud whistling sound coming from the sliding door, which made it difficult to sleep.
- The shuttle wasnt running according to front desk so we paid for parking downtown to come back and see the shuttle outside. Drain clogged and gross had to call for plumber Construction inconvenience - should have been discounted
