- The cleanliness was sub par, Overall maintenance of the room was sub par. There were stains on the mattress, bedding, and carpet. Shower handle was backwards for H/C and shower didn't drain. Mold in the shower. Room smelled musty and like mildew.
- Instead of just putting a $50 hold on my CC for incidentals they charged the $50 and I still haven?t received it back!!!
