- It sounds silly, but the hot pot in the room so I could enjoy tea whenever I wanted. And, the location is perfect

- The person who checked me in wasn't the friendliest.
- That breakfast is not includee.
- We had a room for three that was equipped with cups and towels for 2 and it took a day to get the additional items.
