- Location was perfect for the trams. The room was lovely and cosy.
- General location and decor
Cons -
- Checking in with a glass screen was very difficult as it was very hard to hear the receptionist. Breakfast was very poor with disgusting coffee and finishes too early at 10am. The room was very average with no air conditioning.
- The lifts are very slow and weren?t working very well, would get stuck on floors sometimes and had to repeatedly press the button for the floor I wanted. Not ideal when I was staying on the top floor, but I guess I could do with the exercise.
- The way the shower turns on. It wasn't very obvious. It's on a noisy thoroughfare and I had a room at the front of the building.
