- The staff were all very nice, polite, well-mannered, though not always easy to understand (that is saying a lot because I am an English teacher with lots of international experience). The young lady who checked me in, was so sweet and nice.
- The room was lovely, the restaurant was fine and very convenient.

Cons -
- Everything was fine, but it was just a little bit expensive in terms of the food and beverage items on offer. I did eat one main meal, which was very nice, but the Indian lads on the bar really don't know how to pour a Guinness.
- I chose it because of the walkway to Terminal 4, and did not realize that the terminal is closed, as is the walkway. It is difficult to reach the entrance, took me 2 circles of the area.
- Terminal 4 was shut
