- Great location, walking distance to many places and very close to subway station.
- Most of the staff were wonderful, it was clean and nice.
- The Location of this hotel.
Cons -
- I waited 20 minutes for the concierge to take my bags to the backroom. I didn't mind the wait, but the second he was ready, my child started talking to me. He snapped at me to get my attention while my child was struggling to get something out. Nope.
- Hotel is really old. The room was very loud because of the train station. You can?t open the windows. Beds were uncomfortable.
- Everything, the a/c was broken when we arrived, the refrigerator wasn?t working, couldn?t call because the phone was broken, In stead of changing our room they made us wait in the room until mainte. could come check it out 3 hrs later. No face cloths
