Pool was being cleaned during open hours stated on check in sheet with no sign. I entered to hot tub while it was being cleaned. Had a fake charge on my credit card after leaving and the manager said he couldn't find the charge on his end.

The housekeeping tending in every detail by the time we come back from at night . Very intentional like the water filled , the phone chargers coiled neatly, the slippers by my husband?s and my side of the bed with a cloth and the comforter folded over.

The staff went over and beyond in servicing everything during our stay !
