- Very clean rooms and hotel.
- Check in staff was polite and professional. Facility was clean and tidy
- The times we've stayed here have been very restful and most times super quiet. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

- No elevator to the second floor. We were almost assigned a room on the second floor; my husband has bad knees and I recently had a knee replacement. It would not have worked for us
