Roach infested, rude staff, they rented our room that we booked to another guest,my husband is handicapped. We had a room on the first floor. But they put us on the second floor. Elevator didn't work, so I had to help my husband up the stairs. Terribrvic.

I got charged to sleep in a room we couldnt even check into. they said they had no running water, no ac/heat, no electric. The crappiest service I have ever seen.

I liked that there were seperate rooms with doors so the early risers and nught owls were not conflicting.

No latch or lock for the bathroom door. Imagine adult inside bathroom and kids slide the door and enter. Nothing is child safe. No rounded corners. Tables have sharp corners. Bedframe metal is open. My child hurt 5 times in 12 hours. No carpeted floor.
