My A.C.did not work
Everything! AC was not working. Hotel refused to move us or refund us. We didn?t even stay we left because of the rudeness of staff, nasty hotel and no AC in the room.
Staff was rude. Was given a room with full size bed not queen. There were a lot of dogs staying and barking.. loins thumping music staff refused to do anything. No bath towels just large hand towels.

Cleaning crew start knocking on the doors at 10Am. CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM AO IF YOU ARE SLEEPING OR TAKING A SHOWER THEY WILL JUST KEEP KNOCKING VEY RUDE IF YOU SAY NO THANKS SHE WILL SCREAM UOU NEED TO GO AND PAY UNACCEPTABLE. NEED NEW CLEANING CREW.
