The hotel was easy to locate in downtown San Francisco. It was close to the Passport Agency. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is charming and in a very old building.
very walkable to many places. the room was quiet. i love old buildings. id never stayed in the tenderloin before and it was a great place to read about the history of the neighborhood.
Check out was at 12pm and our flight didnt leave until later in the night. The manager kept our luggage locked in a separate room so we can enjoy the rest of our day in San Francisco without having to carry around our luggage. Very nice staff.

I don't like anything about this hotel, we left the hotel after seeing the location and room. My 7 old year find a nasty hair ball under the bed! The police arrived right when we did and started collecting evidence from a previous crime.
Breakfast was decent. The gal who chelycked me out in the a.m. was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Clean beds and updated. Homeless people living in the parking lot. Smelled dirty and lots of trash outside. You have to use your room card for breakfast, which just made it feel sketchy bc they aren't managing the homeless people in the parking lot.

The staff was nice. The young man that greeted and assisted us with the check in was friendly and helpful, along with the staff member. She was also very pleasant and provided a smooth and expedient check out. The beds were comfortable.
Nothing it was not safe, it was not sanitary, it was not hospitable. There were drunks all over homeless people in parking lot. I would rate a zero but hve to rate something. Not friendly. No one at front desk no clean linens.

I left early because it was a nightmare, the room next to mine was Loud and there was banging and altercations all night long people knocking all night long at my door and early in the morning asking for drugs and bedbugs seriously on the bed

It was near the airport. We did not get bedbugs or any other kind of bugs thankfully. Bedding was clean. And the highlight was the TV set in the room that was out of place and much nicer then the overall hotel.
