Cons -
- It was dirty. I had to be moved 3 different times. The first room that I got was dark, lights dimmed completely. After a ride of 3 hrs, I went to use the bathroom, there was pee on the seat and the shower was dirty. I immediately went to the office and requested a new room. Room #2 wasn’t as bad but still gave off an unclean smell and uncomfortable feeling. The bed covers were dirty with visible hair strands in beaded in the comforter. The toilet did not flush and the lights in half the room did not work. Being it was me and my 3 young daughters, I was totally grossed out more as they continued to point out discussing stains on the walls, chairs, etc. I again had to go back to the office to get a new room. Mind you this is all taking place within 20 minutes. The third room was better than the others but still lacked clean bedding and towels. It didn’t smell like the others but it felt like a small upgrade due to the original room. I did not sleep on the bedding, I spent $100 at Ross and purchased sheets and blankets for both the standard size beds so me and my girls could sleep somewhat peacefully. Which is a total shame. I was so disappointed. I stayed at this exact hotel 6 years earlier and was pleased. The quality and staff has completely dropped in quality. Choose this place again because I came down to visit my grandmother at Kaiser hospital which was across the street. So the decision was merely the convenience. We spent most of our time at the hospital, dinning, being out to avoid that room. I even bought toilet seat covers! I had to wipe things down with Lysol. What should have been a relaxing stress free stay, turned into the exact opposite. Front desk lady was kind, but didn’t seem surprised or concerned. She said sorry and gave me a new room. That was it. I wish I could have gotten some of my money back. The rooms in order that I was in 104, 204, then 302. Be aware, Save your money and go somewhere else.

- Well unfortunately I had got really sick with stomach flu and had an accident before I was leaving I left every clean but right before I was about to leave I wasn't feeling well and had an accident and didn't make in time to toilet and threw up in sink I'm sorry I wanted to leave a tip for the cleaning lady I do apologize for that I barely made it to restroom I was so sick. Could barely make it to my car I felt so sick and because of that mistake and accident I had I got put on the do not rent list this is one my favorite hotels it's great hospitality and location and staff nice and always clean comfortable and I just love coming here so it was upsetting to find out I couldn't come here anymore I'm sorry about the accident I had in restroom I was very sick before leaving now I have to go to motel 6 I wish I wasnt feeling better that day.

It was roomy
I didn’t get in my room until 7pm due too there being only 1 staff on the faculty, that was running the front desk and having to clean the rooms. It was very inconvenient, because my man is a coach and was in the sun all day and we had to sit in the car and wait for the room. The staff that had to do all the work tried her best. We couldn’t shower because there were no clean towels until around 9:30 pm.
