The location was excellent and within walking distance to the things I wanted to see while visiting the area.
The breakfast could have been better, but at least it was something to start the day.

Location is great. Check in was easy- very friendly staff. The pillows were great!!
The mattress was not very comfortable. The heater kept blowing cold air so we just turned it off.

Nice hotel in a great location. Went to the Lainey Wilson concert and happy we could walk to the Golden1 center!!!!

Great location, VERY walkable to the ball park (and basketball stadium is even closer if that's what you're going for). Parking was easy; you can park either in the hotel lot or the "DOCO" lot literally right next door (shares a driveway). Got to check in early which was a HUGE plus traveling with kids. We bought the breakfast-included rate which I highly recommend because it's $30/person if you pay on site; great buffet options for a hotel breakfast.
Paying for parking, but guess that's par for the course these days. Hotel is VERY clearly outdated and charging more than it should because it can (due to location alone). Found a used ear plug when we opened up the pull-out couch :( Didn't like that the side entrance to the hotel was closed off; could have been very convenient to enter/exit there instead of the front.

Great stay in Old Town Sac.. Perfect location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The included breakfast was really good.

The location was excellent. Right behind the Old Sacramento to Downtown trail. 5 minutes to the Golden1 center and just off the freeway. Parking was also reasonable.

We were there for UC Davis graduation. The Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating! The hotel was in close proximity to the Arena and the restaurant !!! It was an excellent stay! All the changes that I made were handled professionally and efficiently. I would stay here again.

The hotel location was perfect for our stay. It was a 5 min walk to the Golden One Center for our concert and walking distance to Old Town Sacramento for some sightseeing & the Railroad Museum (highly recommend). Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Room was clean & spacious. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. Overall, we would stay again.
We did hear a lot of street noise. After some investigating, it seemed like the seal around the window wasn't set properly and that allowed for excessive street noise.

Good location on our road trip, the German cafe just 2 minutes from the hotel was excellent for a meal in the evening. Rooms clean and good toiletries. Location was perfect right on the water front
