Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel

Location is amazing.

Housekeeping staff needs to be better trained. They wake you up even at 8 am in the morning.

Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast with a variety of (healthy) options. Room was spacious and clean.

Shower did not have a lot of pressure, gym doesn’t have lower body machines/racks.

The location of the hotel is great. Reception and bell desk staff were really friendly.Rooms are clean and bathroom facilities up to standard. Elevators were surprisingly fast, considering the size of the hotel.

Some of the furniture could really use an upgrade: The armchairs looked visibly dirty from so much use that no amount of cleaning would help. The restaurant service was hit and miss at breakfast: some waiters were very friendly and fast, some were just not..The valet parking worked well on the first 2 days via SMS. Had to walk to the desk to request my car for the rest of my stay.

The location is definitely ideal if you want to be in Union Square. The hotel itself had so many bells and whistles.The hotel offered a ton of amenities including restaurants.Tons of food offerings nearby as well. The gym was larger than my company's gym and was super impressive. The staff was sensational. They recommended great bakeries, and breakfast spots.

Unfortunately, the restaurant within the hotel was very expensive. Two breakfast meals can easily cost near $100. The daily valet was also pretty steep. You are better off leveraging public transportation and researching nearby restaurants for food. The location has a vast amount of sketchy folks around. That is beyond the hotel's control but something to consider.

Received a free room upgrade and daily meal credit in the restaurant which was unexpected and nice. Great staff. The fitness center had a lot of equipment and was much better than most hotels I've stayed at.

Location is good. Easy access to other transporting places.

Need some optional restaurant facilities at the hotel premises.

I love this hotel .. all the rooms are big and comfortable. Great bathrooms. This is my first choice when I choose a hotel in sf . Have stayed many times . Great staff . Tons of eating and shopping very close . Super quiet . I asked for one of the big corner rooms and got one . Powell station is 300 feet away.

A very good location to explore the city. The rooms are a bit outdated and need renovation at some point, yet everything is clean and functional. Good gym. Very friendly staff.
