- Location and proximty to Freeway and SJC.
- Good customer service at the front desk
- Home aways from home feel, Like you have your own little apartment no matter where you travel to.
Cons -
- Need early check-out key drop off box and to keep common area carpet looking fresh. it looked dry and unclean.
- Customer Service was not Extended Stay America Premier standards. However, the manager at this location handled my complaint very professionally and appreciated that she understood my concern.
- They have a grab and go breakfast but didn't have oatmeal and yougert.said they didn't get there delivery
