Spacious rooms, comfy bed

The breakfast room has zero ambiance, not inviting at all. The lobby furniture would look better facing the fireplace and an area rug would help absorb some of that cavernous sound. In the “ amenities “ it says mini bar but it’s a mini fridge

The location is good.

The bathrooms don’t have locks, it’s dirty, staff wasn’t super helpful, parking was pricey, eggs are watery, no bathroom fan

Paying parking was not advertised in the booking process;The absence of a microwave, which was mentioned in the description;Poor breakfast, a lack of equipment leads to increased waiting time in the line for food preparation.

love the location and hotel is always clean, comfortable beds and very spacious.

don’t like that they charge for parking.

My phone was stolen while I was in the breakfast area, I was not able to find it before my flight, staff did try to help me look though, which was appreciated

The location was perfect for us,

We had ants in our bathroom Reported it first night, was not taken care of I. A timely manner, they did offer to move us but we would have down graded to a room with two full beds n we had paid for a king suite.

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

The picture for the buffet shows a full buffet. There was toast yogurt coffee, waffles and frozen breakfast sandwiches. No juice. Only coffee and bottled water. Hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there.

The rooms are very clean. Good beds too.

Breakfast was ok but poor. They shut it down very early and fast, and closed the "kitchen door". If I wanted more napkins, or maple syrup, couldn't get them anymore. The person from the staff, was like in a hurry or mad.

Location was the best and nothing else i can recommend about this property. Please avoid this at all means

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The air conditioning was completely non-functional, and the room felt like a furnace — unbearably hot and suffocating. I immediately reported the issue, but no one did anything about it, despite multiple complaints.The staff showed no urgency, no apology, and no solution. I had no choice but to check out and book another hotel late at night, just to get some sleep. Totally unacceptable and beyond frustrating.Do not waste your money or your peace of mind here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone — not even as a last resort.
