- The front entrance Footmat was soaking wet, hence people step on it and take the water in with wet shoes. I. noticed I also have to pay a hidden fee for parking my car on the property which is am extra charge. this should have been declared to anyone needing to rent the rooms.TVs are LCD outdated tech
