- Friendly Staff at the front desk and bell department. Late night check in and check out was excellent, extended to noon and left luggage! Outside Union square, Macy?s next door. Public transportation and restaurant?s
- I love Boutique hotels. This was right in the center of everything

- This is not a negative, but colors chosen for floor walls and rug do no reflect decent lighting?
- No
- The shower booth was too small, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The air conditioning didn?t work, so I had to open the window, which unfortunately let bugs into the room since there was no screen. The guests across the room can see my room.
