- The fridge and microwave in the room.
- I work remotely from out-of-town mostly but do come to the Fresno office when required which is 1/2 mile from your hotel. So proximity cannot be beat. That aside, the room price is reasonable, the amenities are all there and the staff is very pleasant.

Cons -
- I have not received my $50 deposit. And housekeeping kept coming to my room numerous times in the morning to clean when I had not checked out yet
- Walls too thin can hear everything next door, smell of weed every time i open my door, 2 out if the 3 ice machines didn't work,no ice bucket.
- Bedroom was filthy, carpet old and stained toilet did not flush well radio was static keep me away all night, my room was next to one that made the hotel looked abandoned, broken door and trashed looking. Surrounding areas looked unsafe.
