I'm sorry, except for the perfect location, this hotel does not meet the four-star standard in terms of service and room facilities. It is the worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
It was in a Great location, comfortable, spacious, clean and nice. I loved how the hotel personnel were giving out nice hot cookies to their guests, it was really delicious and enjoyable.

I should say, I did not like anything about this hotel, the Attitude of the staff. No support for simple requests like soap, shampoo, extra coffee for the room, any coffee at all after dinner. Issues getting a simple boarding pass printed.

My room with a king bed wasn?t ready, so I had to take a queen to prepare for a venue. The room smelled like smoke. When we returned later that evening, there were roaches! The pillows smelled horrible and there were bed bugs.
