Just ine night - very convenient for the port and cruising. Transfers to the port very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Value for money is foremost these days but not too bad on the pocket except for breakfast which seemed a little bit over priced.

Location and overall ambience of the hotel is good, and I have stayed here multiple times. Food is good and rooms are clean.

Service levels were very poor, especially in this visit. First is, they needed to be clear that the clothes taken for laundry on sunday monring will not be returned till Monday evening. We left our clothes, for the confusion that prevailed with the staff. we have also been overcharged, from 2 cards.

This hotel offered a white noise machine in the room, which was the first time I’d ever seen that, and it was awesome. Room was large, clean, a little dated, but bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was really small for such a big room. The reason there is a white noise machine is that it’s a very noisy room. There is a traffic light in front of the hotel with poorly worded signage and people unfamiliar with the area (or people who can’t read English well) are pausing when it’s OK to turn. Miami drivers are not at all shy about honking their horns vigorously if you’re doing it wrong. Also there is a weirdly large number of exotic cars racing about in the downtown area at all hours of the day and night. Happily - that white noise machine made all of that a non issue while trying to sleep.
