Beautifully decorated in the public areas. Lots of history is evident throughout.
Location and price.
The building is beautiful and the location is excellent.

Cons -

We paid $--- for a very disappointing ?king room?. The room was tiny. The bed uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small that we got a sharp jab in the right kidney from the granite countertop corner that was inches away from the toilet seat.
Took forever to get hot water in the shower. The hotel lobby smelled of air freshener or something. Not terrible smell just over whelming.
The room was not what was pictured dirty. Makes me think they did not clean the room before I got in
