Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The hour and a half it took to check in was an abomination. Make mobile check in a thing, please.

The Hotel was comfortable, clean, the personnel was nice and the location was perfect.

The elevator area was a bit off a mess in regards to the amount of people in a small corridor.

The bed and pillows were FANTASTIC! The location is great. It’s between Central Park and time square!

Handheld shower was broken and it was spraying with gusto 360 direction, no matter what we tried. First night we couldn’t take a shower because of it. The bathtub caulking had mold.

The Sheraton was an elegant hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. I love the old gold elevatordoors & the big gold apple. I just wish there was even more gold & designs, accents replicating the 1920"s..I wish I thought of saying not to put down pillows in the room because I'm allergic & ended up with a rash(my fault). The staff was very professional polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the abundant breakfast.

Nothing ! My daughter and I had a wonderful time ! Oh, sorry, I just recalled that the outlets slits on the lamps were too big for a typical phone charger.

Great location on Times Square but a few blocks up from the main noise. Also only a few blocks walk to Central Park. The workout room was top notch for a hotel. Well maintained equipment, locker rooms, everything. I thought the staff at the onsite coffee shop were super friendly.Times Square hotels are always expensive. The Sheraton was competitive with the other mid- level hotels in the area.

The common areas (lobby, restaurant, check in desk) was undergoing a major renovation. I knew about it before arrival. I thought the hotel handled routing us through the maze of construction just fine.

Location is excellent. 2 mins to the subway, 10 mins to Times Square and 20 to Central Park. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are very dated and basic, like staying in the 90s. The lifts were incredibly slow; on the first few nights there was a conference, it took around 10-15 mins to get down to the lobby. The housekeeping staff also took my white clothes with the linen never to be seen again. When I enquired for the first time, the reaction was very matter of fact “oh you won’t get that back, there’s 1800 rooms and we use an outside vendor for laundry”. Ok, great, but where’s the apology? I was told to call housekeeping from my room. I did and was told the same thing as if it was my fault or just one of those things. I travel a lot and this has never happened. When I checked out I approached the subject again and the second time was much better. They said the manager on duty was much better - still no apology, but they said they will try to look for it and mail to me if they find it.

The location is great. Room clean. Beds comfortable. 35$ dollar daily from the bar was a nice gesture.

No fridge in the room, had to pay so they can place one which it is unacceptable for me. Daily destination fee ridiculous. Always find something to make customers pay more.

the rooms were clean and housekeeping did their job. that's about all.

the onsite restaurant staff at the Library Bar were awful. They humiliated us and didn't bother to tell us when our food was ready. Very rude.
