Location was great! Staff were helpful friendly and kind. Vita and JoJo and Amy and Jerry all were wonderful.
Pool was closed but didn’t bother too much.

Parking was free and accessible. Receptionist (Rhonda) was very attentive and helpful. I booked through booking.com and it said I had free breakfast. When I checked in, the receptionist told me there was a charge for the breakfast but I showed her what it said in my reservation and even though she explained that booking.com had erroneous information about the hotel, she still honored the free breakfast. I was also charged a new tourism tax that wasn’t included in the online reservation but nothing major.The hostess was really nice and the breakfast was good.
There were hairs in the sheets and in the bathtub.

This hotel was exceptionally nice. The downstairs common areas were clean and inviting. I loved the landscaping in and around the facility. The room was spacious and open and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was about a block off the highway so exceptionally quiet and restful. We will definitely stay here again and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.
I really had no issues with the hotel. The breakfast pricing - whether it was a pay breakfast or if there were complimentary items wasn't completely clear. We didn't dine at the hotel, but the breakfast looked very good.

The location was great for my needs. Easy check-in/out. Clean grounds. Stephen was very receptive to my needs. Ability to control room temperature.updated lobby and rooms.
Door lock malfunctioned. Loud neighbors at midnight. Dated hallways and elevators.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean.They were also able to accommodate me getting into my room earlier than check-in time.

Location was great. Off the path but close to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodated us with everything we could need.

Quiet for most part - safe - clean - nice setup in room
