Nothing. The attendant took us to see the room before honoring the reservation so that we could see that the hotel had a roach problem. I?m sure it was more important than we see that it was a transient place perhaps housing drug addiction persons.

If you don't mind the staff ignoring your request and the halls smelling of urine then this is the place for you. The beds were very comfortable, and the spacious rooms were a plus, yet if this is representative of the Sonesta name. I tried it, but never.
My 1st room was bad they have to moved me to the second room which had mold and it was smelling

Nothing to complain about. Rooms we purchased were great and next to each other. We were late arrivals and had no issues with that. The desk clerk was all ready for us with keys. He also recommended local eating places that would still be opened late.

The location was convenient to everything we needed and the rooms was fine, but the hotel staff. Wowza! The staff spoke, held conversations with us, gave tips on dining. It was one of, if not the best, interior had with hotel staff. Orlando is the best!

It was incredibly filthy! Every part of the property outside and inside was filthy. People were smoking drugs on the premises. I did not feel safe.
It was disgustingly nasty ? The sheets were nasty ? The hotel room was nasty ? The property outside was filthy with trash overflowing from the trash cans. There was someone?s hair in the sink. The room was dark and dank. The carpet was dirty!
