- The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- Location, friendly staff and allow me to extend my room for a few hours
Cons -
- The cleanliness was subpar. The room was disgusting, the bathroom had wallpaper falling off the walls and mold on the ceiling. In the morning we realized that the bedsheets were stained and dirty. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
- Mattress was horrible! It was "taco-ing" ! Asked twice to have the light on the bathroom fixed. Didn't happen!
- The breakfast sucks, not catering fir people who dont eat pork. No options for turkey.
