- The staff lied to us upon arrival, stating they had not been paid. Tried to make us pay again. They are scammers and thieves. Another staff member came in the office and stated our card had been processed and WAS in fact successful
- The room was so ragged and unsafe wires hanging out fire alarm hanging by a wire holes in the walls .
- Burns in blanket, very nasty showers, Nothing was clean. Staff was careless, gave us a 1 bed room at first, even though I ordered the 2 bed room.

The air conditioner

The location was great
They charged me an extra $108.33 for a no show. I called OYO and they even spoke with the manager and he confirmed I checked in May 8,2023 and checked out May 10, 2023 and still no refund.
