Staff were all friendly and helpful. Entire facility was tidy, smelled and felt clean and coflmfortable. Room and bed was very comfy.
Not enough vending on the floors. Mildly inconvenient having to go to lobby for drinks.

Location is really good. Close to everything. Overall service is very good!! it is clean, good customer service. Just need to make sure pool area has more chairs around pool and fresh towels for visitors.

Clean and good location
Breakfast was subpar, location attracts a lot of unsavory people so didn’t feel super safe- supposed to lock front doors at 10 with only key access but door was propped open by staff. Pancake machine out of order, hot tub was broken. Had to call security in the middle of the night due to guests having a party in the hall outside my door. Would definitely choose a different location next time.

Large clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good bathroom
Although the room was large, there was a lack of furniture! Did not have the usual low surfaces for luggage, we had to put our suitcases on the floor. Not great with seniors who have back issues.

Great location for what we came in town for. Super comfortable beds. Staff was VERY helpful when I was unable to log into my laptop top for work. Made one phone call and I was able to log in to their WiFi--so THANK YOU!!!

clean, quiet, great location
some of breakfast items were broken. I missed the pancakes and waffle grills.sausage could have been cooked more
