A great place to enjoy a vacation with an excellent location

Extremely great location. Just out of the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything downtown. The shower was really nice with great water pressure, which can be hard to find in a hotel bathroom. They had the flavored ice water at the front desk, which was delicious.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about. We stayed on a room facing the side street, which was extremely noisy at night. There were also no interior stairs, so we couldn’t get to our room in the 2nd floor without taking the elevator, which was a little inconvenient.

The facilities and the hotel itself is nice but that’s all!

The people that work there! They are not qualify to be at the front desk, they don’t know anything. I was charge twice for the hotel! And now I have to wait 7 days for the refund to my card, unbelievable!

The hotel was located within easy walking distance to old Savannah sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ms Monia, at breakfast, went above and beyond to ensure our desires were met. She deserves special recognition. The bed was the most comfortable of 4 hotels on our vacation.

The breakfast (other than Ms Monia) was a disaster; everything was served in either paper or plastic . . . plates, cups, even the flatware. I have never seen anything this poor from what is considered a 'better' hotel.

What I liked the most about the property was the location and the hotel itself — it’s beautiful and very comfortable. The price-to-quality ratio exceeded my expectations. And even though I had a few minor inconveniences, the front desk manager took care of everything in the best possible way!

The location is fantastic. The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff were exceptional.

We were in room 420 which is right next to the elevator. There was constant noise. Also, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work otherwise everything was perfect.Upon arrival we were told that parking was gonna be $45 a day, but I had opted for a hotel with parking so the issue was quickly resolved

Great location (downtown close to the Juliette Gordon Low house!) and very helpful staff. Concierge Kristen was a great help in booking tours. Good breakfast (eggs and bacon!) very comfortable bed and room.

Parking is super expensive - $48 a night. Yikes!
