- The need for a hotel room key to activate the elevators
- Floor temperatures were very, very cold for the complete stay.
- Loud, planes kept us up all night, dirty water in pool, towels and trash in pool area, no clean pool towels, no microwave in room, ice machines broken. Ridiculous parking fee, entire hotel smelled like weed
