Great location. Near restaurants, stores, and highways. Clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The common areas, like the elevator could be more clean.

Overall the hotel is decent

I was charged over $2,000 for 2 nights and called everyday for over a week to get a refund. The staff started automatically sending me to the managers voicemail, kept me on hold for almost 10 mins and then wouldn't answer my calls and the manager never once reached out to me after leaving several voicemails. My bank was able to recover the extra funds for me but I never received an apology from the manager.

Check-in was quick and simple. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Check-out was smooth and easy. Location was convenient, and we were able to hop right back onto the interstate. The staff was also friendly.

Upgrades could be made. The price was a little much for the amount of accommodations we got.

The hotel was in a nice area and the room I had was great very comfortable and immediately put me at ease.

I didn't have as many towels initially when I first came in the room, but that is my only complaint.

Couldn’t check in at 3pm due to room not being ready/cleaned. Check out was at 11. Someone tried to enter room at 10 to see if we were still in the room or if we had checked out instead of checking with the front desk.

I like the location. It was very clean and roomy.

I didn't like that at 11:30 p.m., I hear someone opening the door to come into the room. Apparently, the staff member assigned the room i was in to another family. When I called to complain, she was rude and telling me I was in the wrong room. Really? I had been in the room since 3:30 p.m. on that day. My anxiety level reached very high. I could not sleep at all.

The location was great. Close to the highway and many restaurants and stores.

The breakfast selection and bathroom tub cleaning could have been better.

The location was good. The gentleman overseeing breakfast was really nice and kept everything up.

The bathroom had some fixtures that needed to be tightened up. Only one elevator was working. The front desk workers at check in and check out did the minimal.

Amazing hotel! Rooms were huge, clean, and beds were comfy! Breakfast was great! Loved the pool and the coffee station as well. The staff were all so friendly. Definitely will stay here from now on!
