It’s a great location. It has nice amenities for the property. It’s clean and modern.
For the category, it’s not really impressive. You find similar finish, better entertainment in the room, and simulator better location at the Hampton next door.

The hotel was beautiful, it's new and everything was lovely. The roof top bar gives a wonderful view, the room and bathroom was lovely..
My reservation through Booking.com said breakfast was included with my room, but at the hotel they said it was not. So check that carefully before you book, as I found the room rather expensive without breakfast.

They forgot to put in my wife's food order and we waited for almost an hour for a sandwich. They did comp the sandwich, though.

Cleanliness 1 out of 5. There was hair all over the room to include the shower, sink, bed and the couch. When I asked to be moved to another room there wasn’t any rooms available. Then when I asked to be comped for the room they gave me breakfast coupons and like $10 worth of IHG points. I’m from the area it just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great hotel, staff is absolutely amazing.
Either Booking or the Hotel management is trash. Booked a double queen room, got there and told the only thing available was a king bed. Can't sleep 4 people in that, and it's not what we booked, which was ridiculous to find out on check in late at night. Never using this site again.

The rooms need more light and another mirror. There is only one mirror in the bathroom.

Location was great, right that on the river walk. Room was upscale, very clean, deluxe sheets and towels, soft lighting behind the headboard, high ceilings. Valet parking was reasonable ($12) and easy. Lobby had cozy nooks for sitting and having drinks from the bar. Roof top lounge and bar were closed unfortunately bc of cold weather, as was the outdoor pool of course.
Just a silly pet peeve of mine, there were no black washcloths to use from r removing makeup.

Location of the hotel was great and very picturesque. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was very stylish and well decorated.
No breakfast was included with the price of the room. Room lacked practical touches like bottled water. Shower door didn't close completely. We were requested to move rooms during our stay because we were told there was a water leak in the room above us and that we would be upgraded to a different room. The new room was identical to our previous room and in fact lacked some of the things we had in our previous room such as track lighting and TV access to shows and movies which our new room lacked. So it didn't seem to be much of an upgrade at all.

The location of the hotel was great. The valet service was also wonderful, the rooms were very nice and clean.
The price of the hotel was a little more than one would expect for the location and amenities of the hotel.
