- Breakfast disappointment. Generally dingy. Suspicious characters hanging around elevators.
- There was fecal matter on the toilet. It had not been cleaned after the last guest checked out. There was an exposed plumbing fixture where a hose attachment for a handheld sprayer should have been. The extra lock on the inside was missing.
