- The fragrance int the lobby was so nice. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The outside grounds were impeccable, and the location was near many restaurants and places to shop.
- The staff was friendly

Cons -

- I got locked out of my room. I missed the beginning of my sons basketball game which we were there for a tournament.
- Not clean. Shockingly, there were crumbs in the tray on the coffee table and the floor had debris I could feel. Everything else appeared clean but those things made me question whether it really was. Odd for Springhill.
