Proximity to airport.
The location of the hotel was sufficient for my needs.

Cons -

There was storm coming and everyone came to this hotel: the point of going there was because hotels have generators! This hotel did not so we sat inside an elevator for 4 hours and sweating due to power loss. Also, there was urine on the toilet!
I was not notified to buy a parking pass. As a result, I was made to rescan the barcode and pay $26.50 two times. I spoke to the staff and they did not make it right. I had to pay a 2nd time in order to leave.
Things started going downhill shortly after my arrival, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up to start. We had to call for the heat in the room was not working properly. Also we ended up calling again for them to send someone to fix the television.
