Pros +

  • There was very little to like about this hotel, since it was rated as a 3-star property. The bathroom was clean. That's about it.
  • I have been using different hotels for more than 40 years, I never had a rude hotel manager as this. He asked me to $50 to check-in an hour earlier, I call this extorsion, especially when I told him that I have been driving all night I need some rest.
  • Staff customer service and cleanliness

  • I don?t typically write reviews but this hotel and the management is not it. My friends had to move to a different room twice! AC wasn?t working, TV wasn?t working. All they offered were FANS or leave the window open! THAT IS NOT SAFE AT ALL!
  • There were a number of issues. In addition to the grounds being unkept and dirty, there was no hot water in the hotel for the time I stayed there. Also, the hallways smelled of marijuana and the carpet throughout had stains and tears.
  • There was nothing I liked about it, initially he made us wait for our keys and then assigned us to cigarette smoke filled room. We went back to the front desk to assign us a smoke freee room. Room was not vacuumed & went twice front desk to change keys
