The location was excellent for us, close to family, yet convenient to town. The siting by the lake was nicely done -- close enough to see, yet far enough not to be disturbed by boat and beech noise. One of the best 4th fireworks shows ever!

The hotel is in a beautiful location right on a lake. Almost all the rooms have balconies with a great view! The room was reasonably clean and very comfortable with what seem to be new beds. It would be better if the room had a microwave & refrigerator.

I¿ve never stayed at a state park, but it was an awesome first time experience. We are planning to go back in July and take our kids this time! Awesome scenery and plenty to do! Rooms were nicer than expected and staff all weekend were very friendly.

We stopped in for a stay on our trip. You can tell a clean hotel by the appearance on the outside. The outside was clean and nicely landscaped. Which matched the inside. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast had lots of selections and was delicious

The location was excellent for us, close to family, yet convenient to town. The siting by the lake was nicely done -- close enough to see, yet far enough not to be disturbed by boat and beech noise. One of the best 4th fireworks shows ever!

The hotel is in a beautiful location right on a lake. Almost all the rooms have balconies with a great view! The room was reasonably clean and very comfortable with what seem to be new beds. It would be better if the room had a microwave & refrigerator.

I¿ve never stayed at a state park, but it was an awesome first time experience. We are planning to go back in July and take our kids this time! Awesome scenery and plenty to do! Rooms were nicer than expected and staff all weekend were very friendly.

It was peaceful. My boyfriend and I both was wanting to be distress and relax and the Horse Cave was a great experience. In fact we have reserved another room for 2 nights this time.

Free breakfast was apples, granola and tang. The toilet was squatty? would?ve been hard for someone with joint issues to use without pain.

Check in was easy, the sweet girl at the front desk looked for a room on the bottom floor and as close as she could find up front so my mom didn?t have to climb steps or go to far (she had back surgery and is still recovering).
