- The ladies @ the check-in desk were nothing short of phenomenal. Both crews i encountered. Both ladies were very helpful and nice.
- The up front staff with hotel expectations.
- Decent room. Pool was clean. Good location
Cons -
- I didn't like pool was closed in morning for guest that arrived the day before. Couldn't get in my morning laps in! Plus pool was kept cold and not heated properly ? for guests. And Don't bring your room towel to pool staff will call cops on family.
- Front desk clerk was rude. Once we checked out her tried to charge my credit card 3 separate charges. One for 25 one for 45 and one for 60. Thank God my card company knew it was suspicious and didn't approve them. Stealing from customers
- Moldy air conditioner, everything broken, nothing cleaned, 1st room¿s air conditioner didn¿t work. Only stairs to the 2nd level which went through the garbage disposal area. Only one person on duty who wasn¿t at the desk. Bugs everywhere. Musty smell.
